You can never be too detail-oriented, that’s what we say. It’s a trait our clients find endearing (and our families, well, not so much.)
So, what exactly do we obsess over? In a nutshell? Everything. Preplanning to followup. Your must-haves and your “in a perfect world” scenarios. Your budget. Schedules. (Everybody’s schedules.) Deliveries. Installation. You name it, and chances are it’s on one of our many to-do lists.
You’ll be assigned a project manager and it will be that person’s duty, mission, to make sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” crossed.
Some people might call it obsessive-compulsive. We call it impeccable customer service.
